Informatie van de wijnmaker:
A wine of straw-like yellow colour. The nose is a combination of intertwined meadow flowers, blossoming plantations of cherries and apricots, as well as hawthorn and blackthorn from the edge of the forest. On the palate the fruity character reveals itself, emphasising ripe apples, pears, and vineyard peaches with the addition of citrus fruits. A fine balance between alcohol and acidity is rounded off by a distinct mineral note that gives the wine a pleasant saltiness which remains present in the long aftertaste.
